Our Services
We provide visa consultation services to UK residents for international travel, including:
- Initial consultation and visa assessment
- Document preparation and review
- Application form assistance and guidance
- Liaison with relevant authorities (where permitted)
Important: We are not immigration lawyers. We do not guarantee visa approval as decisions rest with relevant embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.
Service Eligibility
- Our services are primarily for UK residents
- Clients must be 18 or over, or have parental/guardian consent
- Clients must have legal capacity to enter contracts
- We reserve the right to refuse services for applications involving illegal activities
Consultation Process and Service Standards
Our consultation process includes:
- Comprehensive assessment of your visa requirements and eligibility
- Personalised document checklist and preparation guidance
- Application form completion assistance and review
- Interview preparation and coaching (where applicable)
- Ongoing support throughout the application process
We aim to provide initial assessments within 2 business days
Client Responsibilities and Obligations
As our client, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Submit required documents within agreed timeframes
- Pay all fees as outlined in our fee schedule
- Follow our professional recommendations and guidance
- Promptly notify us of any changes to your circumstances
- Cooperate fully with the application process
- Ensure all documents provided are genuine and legally obtained
Fees and Payment Terms
Fee Structure:
- Initial consultation fee: £150-300 (paid upon booking)
- Service fees: As quoted in your personalised service agreement
- Government/Embassy fees: Payable directly to relevant authorities
- Third-party costs: Translation, courier, or authentication services
Payment Terms:
- Consultation fees are due in advance
- Service fees may be structured as milestone payments
- We accept bank transfers, card payments, and cheques
- All fees are in GBP unless otherwise specified
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client Cancellation:
- Consultation fees: Refundable if cancelled 24+ hours in advance
- Service fees: Refundable for work not yet commenced
Company Cancellation:
- We may cancel services with 7 days notice if circumstances change
- Full refunds provided for company-initiated cancellations
No refunds for government fees or completed work
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for services
We exclude liability for:
- Visa application outcomes or embassy/consulate decisions
- Delays caused by government authorities or third parties
- Consequential losses including travel costs, lost opportunities
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Important Disclaimer
Visa applications are subject to the discretion of immigration authorities. Success rates vary by application type and individual circumstances. We provide expert guidance but cannot guarantee outcomes.
Professional Indemnity: We maintain professional indemnity insurance of £1,000,000
Data Protection and Confidentiality
- We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
- All client information is treated as strictly confidential
- Data retention periods as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- Information sharing only with your consent or legal requirement
- We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
Complaints Procedure
- Internal Process: Contact us directly at complaints@jadestonek.com
- We aim to resolve complaints within 15 business days
- External Resolution: You may contact the Legal Ombudsman if unsatisfied
- Professional Standards: We adhere to professional conduct rules
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by English law
- English and Welsh courts have exclusive jurisdiction
- We encourage mediation before formal legal proceedings
